Find Your French is built for French learners. My name is Greg Kagay and I host this site to connect French speakers and to help them improve their French. I have studied French as a hobby for almost ten years and understand well that there is no substitute for conversation when it comes to honing one's French communication skills. Meanwhile, self-study is absolutely critical for improving both comprehension and expression.
Self Study: The Self Study section of this site is here to help others with their at-home French language practice and study. There is, after all, more to studying and learning French than conversing with others. Active study of French is something like accessing a delightful parallel universe. Immersing yourself in another culture is a great way to escape. And there are many ways to do so, including reading books, magazines and websites; viewing films and other online content; and listening to French radio or podcasts. Finally, one does not need to attend a class to study grammar and other language concepts; much French study requires little more than a workbook and a cup of coffee.
